You are invited to a gentle spiritual gathering centered on the practice of offering loving-kindness to one another.

The Infinite Heart is a name for the loving presence that connects us all: the Divine, the Sacred, Universal Love, or whatever words feel meaningful to you.

During our circle, each person who wishes to share will have a few minutes to speak about something they are carrying or experiencing in their life. Rather than offering advice or trying to solve anything, the group will then spend one quiet minute holding that person in loving awareness, silently wishing them peace, healing, strength, and wellbeing.

This is not a traditional therapy or discussion group. It is a simple spiritual practice of listening, witnessing, loving, and surrendering. It is an opportunity to set down our burdens for a moment and entrust them to something greater.

No particular religious or spiritual belief is required. You are welcome to share, or simply come and quietly participate.
